The mission of “The Tax Trust” is to prevent taxpayers from losing their property due to county/state laws that can allow third parties to acquire the property via a state/county tax deed foreclosure or state/county lien foreclosure.  Our Trust pools limited private and institutional funds to assist in payments of delinquent property taxes for property owners that may qualify for assistance to prevent unnecessary displacement or foreclosure.  The work of our Trust is aimed at targeted property tax assistance, as well as providing local and state jurisdictional tax relief resources.
